As an internal function, LMA Legal identifies and advises the LMA Group on all labour market activation–related issues and their interrelation, including design, marketing, sales, distribution, human resources and production, as well as corporate governance and business policy. Our broad general function is to delineate legal boundaries within which the management of the corporation is free to exercise its ingenuity in successfully managing the corporate enterprise. We also ensure the legality and compliance of a company’s actions. Our role is to understand the pressure points, strategy and objectives of the business and effectively communicate the risks and legal issues involved in any decision to management. This enables management to make informed strategic choices within an acceptable legal risk profile.

Labour law: LMA Legal offers an extensive range of labour law services across a wide spectrum of industries.
