LMA Human Capital Management (LMA HCM) is primarily focused on the placement of young 18-to-29-year-olds who have completed either their first 12-month, fixed-term contracts or their Learnership/Apprenticeship programmes but have not been absorbed by the market. LMA HCM forms a critical component of our labour market activation model. 

We have extensive experience in the process of permanent placements of suitable candidates for our clients, managing workforces (Temporary Employment Services – TES) to optimise productivity and lower cost.  The below model reflects the critical enabler of unlocking business value.
